My husband and I are interested in financing a multi-unit house. He has poor credit. I have good credit, but currently stay at home with our daughter and do not have any income. Would a lender consider my credit and his income? Any serious answers are welcome. Thank you!

We have no car payments, credit card payments, and no medical bills. Are dept to income should be fine. We no that we are going to pay a slightly higher rate, but we don’t want to be taken advantage of. Any recommendations and or advice would be appreciated.
