Grover Beach Improvement Agency is taking steps to help city businesses that may be struggling to survive in the depressed economy. The agency plans to set aside $30,000 to create a Revolving Loan Collateral Program that will help small-business owners secure loans from local banks.

Courts to receive help enforcing judgments

i need to send money to a friend its very important as they are in a bad situation and was wondering if im with westpac and there with commonwealth and i transfer them money through internet banking, the money has been taken out of my account and a payment slip was shown which i didnt save…how long is it going to take for them to receive the money ? plus its a public holiday here today in australia??? pleaz can someoen help me i was hoping it would go in instantly or at least overnight

I’ve been undecided as a current college freshman pursuing a bachelors degree but have narrowed my choices of majors to:
-Biology
-Engineering (Civil or Mechanical)
-Business Admin. (Concentration: Finance or Accounting)
My questions -
1) What does each Major offer me in terms of opportunities?
2) Which of the three would be the most versatile to have when applying for a career?
3) Which is best to have to go to any type of Graduate School?
4) What is the most useful combination of major/minor of these to have in a Bachelors Degree?
(i.e. Biology w/ minor in Business)

Ok… so I got into a huge fight with my parents and when i say huge I mean HUGE.
Im a senior in hs and i got accepted into UK and was always planning to go there..
Well.. my dad now is refusing to pay for me..
I HAVE TO GO TO COLLEGE! my future depends on it right??
Well, Am I able to take out student loans @ 17.. without a parent’s signature??
Im edesperate I have to go!
Do you know any sites or idk just any advice can help ALOT right now!
The thing is.. my dad is a cardiologist and I def will not qualify for Aid…. Im so scared… I need this and Not trying to be dramatic, my parents seriously hate me, theyve told me it before.
