Which major bank is good for a small business?

I have all my accounts through US Bank although not particularly impressed. National City seems good but I’ve heard they are about to be bought out.
US Bank charges a $39 dollar late fee if you are ONE day late on a payment. National City has a 14 day grace period. I’m rarely late, but prefer customer friendly policies. These are just examples in differences in banks. I’m also looking for banks that offer some kind of perks for small businesses. Good suggestions only please.

I’m just not sure if finance still has a promising future. I’m wondering what people think. Will the economy fully recover to the way it was before anytime soon? Any suggestions?

I’m also thinking of actuarial sciences. But it’s a tough field…
